Scholarship Qualifications:  

​

• Must be a current Rossville junior or senior

• Submit 250 words describing your commitment to bettering your community. Plus, any ideas you have to continue to improve and promote a happy, healthy community.

• Twenty hours of volunteer time with youth athletics. All hours must be performed this school year. Please include a list of hours of volunteer work with the date, age group, activity, and coach’s name included.

Example:

8 hours on 12/08/24, ages 5-14, wrestling meet, Coach Duane Zlatnik

4 hours on 3/15/25, ages 8-10, baseball practice, Coach Curt Brecheisen

All essay submissions are sent to Delaina Lenard who reviews them with the Lenard family and selects a winner. 

The selected student will receive the scholarship funds on spring awards night.
